Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Nestamora LLC ("Nestamora", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit nestamora.com or make a purchase, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Section 5 covers the nuance under state law.
1. Who we are
- Legal entity: Nestamora LLC
- Business address: 2901 S Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, TX 78746, United States
- Email: support@nestamora.com
- Phone: +1 (512) 327-7040
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM CT
- Response time: Within one business day
2. What we collect
When you place an order
Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, the contents of your order, payment confirmation, and records of delivery, returns and refunds.
Payment information
Card details are entered into our payment processor's secure form and never reach our servers. We receive a payment confirmation, the last four digits and the card type — nothing more.
When you create an account
Username, encrypted password and your account preferences.
Automatically, as you browse
IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URL, pages and products viewed, page response times, length of visit, and how you navigate away from a page.
This is used primarily to keep the platform secure and working, and for internal analytics.
When you contact us
Whatever you include in your message, plus your email address.
From third parties
Shopify, our payment processors and our shipping partners provide what's needed to complete your order.
3. How we use it
- Fulfilling your order — payment, shipping, delivery updates, returns
- Account management — creating and maintaining your account
- Customer support — answering questions and resolving problems
- Fraud prevention — verifying transactions and screening suspicious orders
- Site improvement — understanding how the site is used
- Marketing — email and advertising, where you've opted in or the law permits
- Legal compliance — tax, accounting, recordkeeping, defending claims
Unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. Order confirmations and shipping updates continue regardless — we need those to complete your purchase.
4. Who we share it with
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and hosting
- Payment processors — payment and fraud screening
- Shipping and fulfillment partners — delivering your order
- Email and analytics providers — order confirmations, marketing, site statistics
- Advertising and remarketing partners — showing you relevant advertising on other sites and platforms
- Professional advisers, regulators and authorities — where the law requires it
Each receives only what its function requires and processes it under our instructions.
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to protect our legal rights or public safety.
Business transfers. If Nestamora is sold, merged or restructured, or if we discontinue the business, customer records may transfer as part of that — on the basis that the recipient handles them in line with this policy.
Categories disclosed in the past 12 months: identifiers (contact details), customer records (name, address, payment confirmation), commercial information (order and support history), internet activity (browsing data), and approximate geolocation derived from IP address — each to the recipient types above.
We don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
5. Targeted advertising, "sale" and "sharing"
We don't sell personal information for money.
However, we use remarketing services to show advertising to people who have visited our site. When advertising and analytics cookies run, information about your browsing reaches advertising partners.
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act and other state privacy laws, that counts as targeted advertising and, in some states, as "sharing" or a "sale" — regardless of whether payment changes hands.
To opt out:
- Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer
- Adjust your cookie preferences on this site
- Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honor GPC signals
- Email us at support@nestamora.com
You can also opt out industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org.
We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
6. Cookies
- Essential — cart, checkout, login, security. The site won't work without these.
- Functional — remembers your settings and language preference
- Analytics — traffic and performance measurement
- Advertising — remarketing, ad measurement, and preventing the same ad appearing repeatedly
You can manage cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner. Disabling essential cookies will prevent checkout from working, and blocking cookies may lose saved preferences.
Blocking a cookie doesn't delete one already stored — you'd clear that separately through your browser.
We never place personally identifiable information inside cookies.
Do Not Track: browsers send DNT signals inconsistently and there's no agreed standard, so we don't act on them. Global Privacy Control is different — we honor it.
7. How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records — 7 years, for tax and accounting
- Account information — until you delete your account
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe
- Customer support correspondence — 2 years after the matter closes
- Site analytics — 26 months
- Fraud prevention records — 3 years
Where a dispute or legal claim is live, the relevant records stay as long as needed. Otherwise they're deleted or stripped of anything identifying.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
- Know / access — what we hold about you, and how we've used and shared it
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Deletion — delete your information, except records we're legally required to keep
- Portability — receive a copy in a usable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing — see section 5
- Limit use of sensitive information — where that right applies
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing at any time
- Appeal — if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision
- Non-discrimination — we won't charge you different prices or refuse service for exercising these rights
Texas residents (TDPSA) and California residents (CCPA/CPRA) hold these rights in full, including the right to appeal a declined request. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws hold substantially similar rights.
To make a request: email support@nestamora.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll verify your identity — usually by confirming details of a recent order — and respond within 45 days. If a request is complex enough to need longer, we'll say so. You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf with proof of authorization.
There's no charge for a privacy request.
9. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption across the site, restrict internal access to staff who need it, and use a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor so card numbers never reach our systems.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we won't claim otherwise.
If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we'll notify you as required by Texas law and other applicable state law.
10. Children
Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If we become aware that we've collected data from a child without parental consent, we'll remove it.
If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Third-party sites and advertising
Our site may display third-party advertising and link to websites we don't operate. Their inclusion isn't an endorsement, and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Once you leave our site, that third party's policies govern what happens next. Read them before providing anything.
12. Complaints
Contact us first — most things get resolved directly.
If our response doesn't satisfy you, you may appeal by replying to it. If the appeal is also declined, you may lodge a complaint with the Texas Attorney General (texasattorneygeneral.gov) or your own state attorney general.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top, and we'll give notice before material changes take effect.
